No, unlike most other hot tub companies, all our hot tubs are offered for either hire or purchase. So you have the freedom to choose between a long-term, luxurious addition to your home / garden, or simply enjoying a few fun-packed days with your friends or family – with the hot tub taken away without any fuss once you’re all partied out.

Yes! It’s no different than a hire at your own property but you will need the permission of the property owner and check that there is water, electricity and access available.

Not at all. Every hot tub from Hot Tub Celebrations is delivered quickly and efficiently by our experts. And we can usually install your hot tub in around two hours. We deliver direct to your door and then carefully install it wherever you wish. Then we fill it with water, plug it in and that’s it. You don’t have to lift a finger!

Not at all. Our hot tubs – sometimes referred to as spas – are of the latest super-efficient design, adding just a few pence per hour on your energy bill. Economical running costs mean you can enjoy your hot tub any time. Simply whisk the cover off and immerse yourself in water temperatures of up to 41°c. A fantastic feeling after a long day – particularly in winter months!

Well of course some people would consider that an even greater luxury (i.e. being able to relax in the warm water with the cool rain above you!) but if you want to stay a bit drier and cosier than that we’ll bring along a gazebo for an additional £25.00 for weekend, midweek or week hire periods. (it has easily-removable side curtains if the weather improves!). Rain? What rain?

Hiring or buying a hot tub from Hot Tub Celebrations couldn’t be simpler. Firstly, all you need is a clear space for your hot tub or spa. It needs to be completely flat and at least 2.5 metres x 2.5 metres in area. Secondly, you’ll also need a standard 3-pin electric supply, plus water available from either a tap or hose pipe. Lastly, we do need enough space to position the hot tub for you – so any opening, doorway or pathway will need to be a minimum of 740mm wide by 1840mm high, reasonably level and with no sharp turns. Your hot tub normally takes around six to fifteen hours to reach the ideal operating temperature. Don’t worry though, we’ll give you full instructions on its use. All we ask is that you avoid introducing any bubble baths, detergents or other liquid substances into the water (as this can interfere with the smooth running of the pumping system) and make sure that younger children are adequately supervised. Once the hire period is over our professional staff will arrive at an agreed time, empty the tub and leave your premises neat and tidy. Simple!

Yes. If you have really enjoyed hiring and using one of our hot tubs and would like to have one permanently positioned in your garden, then please do call us. Prices start at £3,500.00 for a brand-new hot tub delivered and set up in your preferred location, or you could purchase the hot tub you hired for a greatly reduced price, just contact us for details.

You can hire your hot tub from £185.00 for a weekend, £240.00 for a week or from £165.00 for a midweek hire. We can deliver and collect any day of the week subject to availability. But if you need different days…no problem. Let us know which days suit you and we’ll deliver around your schedule.

All we need is an initial £50.00 deposit to secure a booking which you can pay by cash, bank transfer, or paypal (5% added transaction charge for paypal transactions). We can take credit card payments but only in person.

The charges shown must be paid by the dates specified. These charges will refer to the dates shown. We accept cash, bank transfer, credit/debit card (only in person) PayPal (5% added transaction charge for PayPal transactions £2.50 per £50). Our preferred method of payment is bank transfer or cash. We do not accept cheques. Payment details will be provided to the hirer on booking.

We offer hire periods to cater for everyone’s needs. We hire out either by the week, weekend or month. Other hire periods can be arranged and priced on application.

We can provide all the hose pipes you’ll need to fill the hot tub, you’ll need to have a suitable supply of mains electricity close to the tub’s location, if extension leads are required, we will supply our own together with an RCD for safety.

We require a flat level base to sit the hot tub on; this can be slabbed, concrete, blocks, decking or any firm hard standing. We can place on loose stone chippings providing they are small and compacted. Grassed areas are not ideal but can be used. Great care must be taken not to get grass or soil in the water as this will spoil the enjoyment. We can provide a foam flooring to stop any foreign objects cutting or piercing the tubs or spas if we feel appropriate. You must ensure that there is enough access to get the spa into your chosen space.

We will supply plenty of the chemicals you’ll need for the duration of your hire period. Instructions on when to put the chemicals in the hot tub will be discussed on installation and an email will be provided with instructions for chemical use.

If the hot tub breaks down or fails to work properly you will need to let us know straight away. We will then either try to repair the hot tub, or if another hot tub is available, we will simply replace it.

If you have a side entry around the house, we need a minimum width of 740mm and height of 1840mm. The Hot tubs are rolled into position. For houses with no external access, we can sometimes roll the Hot tub through your house, subject to you having standard size doorways and minimal obstructions. If you’re unsure just email us pictures of the proposed access.
